I was on short time vacation in India to be with my family and friends. I bought a land in Trichy, the register demanded 3 lakhs to register the property i bought....i paid about 10 lakhs in government fees. But he want money otherwise he said i need to come back 2 months later to register. I was against it but my family forced me to pay the money to complete the transaction. it is a shame.
