I bought a land and when i went for registering i have to pay bribe. the sad part is so well organised tht you go to office, you have to put money in the file and give to the IT guy, and so on even the clerk will take 100 rs and put in the table. i went wid my venture owner and he was habituated to it. so he told me where all i need to put money, when i said i dont want to bribe, he said your wish sir, if u want ur house registered you have to pay.
