Somehow my bank did not explained the entire process and need of registering the mortgage deed and i ended up approaching to registrar office on my last day of filing i.e. 29th June 2013 at around 11:30.
I was in the queue and noticed that they were taking the application forms from few of the agents standing over there. Not only this, lot of us who approached without any agent were standing in the queue and this guy was not ready to take our applications giving a excuse that they have taken enough applications for the day and we may need to visit Thane 2 on monday.
I met to the officer and couple of staff over there and explained my problem but no body was ready to co-operate.
At around 4:30, when i left with no hope, i approached to one of the agent (working at the xerox center near to the registrar office) and he got my filing done without any hassle and within 30 mins.
I need to pay him Rs. 600 for his services.
