Registration of New Home at pandharpur

I was totally unaware about the exact amount of home registration. My builder asked me to pay 101000/- to him, & told me that it will complete the whole process. after completing process, i found i have receipt of around 87000/- rs only. & when i asked him, builder told me without that it would have not posible to register.

My builder Name is ********** Shirgaonkar - Harinayan Park, **********-**********, **********-**********, Pandharpur, Dist-Solapur, Maharashtra.
& Bribe location was Pandharpur Revenue office Near Railway station.
