The BTM sub registrar office is full of corrupt people and Kumari Roopa, the Chief Sub registrar there is an absolutely corrupt officer and she asked her to pay Rs 12000 and finally we had to pay Rs 11000/- and the staff at sub registrar were not even happy and asked some money and we had to shell out another Rs 2000 to all of them combined. They are asking Rs 250 to Rs 300/- for EC and Rs 400/- to Rs 500/- for certified copies. Every registration of land, marriage and everything transaction is being taken place with some sort of bribe and all the people except for a few vested people in the office if contacted will pass the information if requested for as she and her team are openly asking for the bribe and some of the public have openly shouted at her for asking bribe
