Registration of Property

This was the total fee that we gave to the property developer to help us get the building registered. I was totally ashamed to see that the people collecting the bribe had no personal ethics. They were least bothered about any rules or regulations. I still didn't understand why the building has to be registered if the aim is to collect the money and put a signature against the paper. WILL INDIA CHANGE??? Let us get rid of all the government offices set up by the British and privatise all of them..(Registration dept, VAO, RTO, Passport office, Privatise Railways, Income Tax).They carry a very bad legacy from the British rule and very little has changed in the attitude of the employees...privatising all of them will bring a welcome change.
