Releasing Title Deeds

It happen to visit Registration office near Nelopher Cancer hospital, Lakadika pool. I had title deeds registered for a bank and got a need to release it. If I go official channel it would cost 14 K by paying 0.5 duty. Worse part, they would charge on Principal loan along with interest cumulative. Where they could actually exclude interest part.

The Document writer suggested release receipt where Govt got 200/- and officials 3K, Writer 2K.
