Khatha transfer which requires Min Rs 25000, after that also once you receive your Khartha certificate in Paper , the work is not done. When you pay your property tax still old owner name will come. This has to be done by 17th cross corporation office members ( Mrs ******* ) who will charge Rs 100 for computer entry and Rs 500 for Gandhinagar Head office for approval of same.
