Dear Sir,
I live in Agra and running a financial institute. On many occasions, we have to form legal agreements on stamp paper. Since inception, I am forced to pay Rs. 10-25 as a bribe for a stamp paper of Rs. 100. The amount increases if the amount of the stamp paper increases. On complaining about the same, the higher authorities doesnt pay attention and reject such appeals. I am now thinking to become of one the trader of stamp papers.. this business will never be in loss for sure !
