RTA Rangareddy Standard Bribe for every task is 1500

I went for my vehicle registration and I was forced to pay 1500 additional and was told by the broker that it is a norm for everyone to pay 1500 and I had to pay, then I learnt that everyone who wants to book a number has to pay 1500 more [ for the RTA Rangereddy office bearers] and this has been a regular affair and RTA rangareddy. The brokers will collect the amount and give it to their insiders to get the work done. I am ashamed that I was fooled into paying bribe and I actually went back to the office and observed that every transaction would cost 1500 more than the government designated fee.
