RTO ALLAHABAD MUNDERA ARE RUN BY DALAL NOT BY OFFICER

Yesterday i went to rto allahabad for learner license by booking online slot that are available in the web site http://niveshmitra.up.nic.in/index.aspx and take print out of that and give the officer he refuses the letter and say i will not accept this you have to fill the form that we sold. than i take the form, they take 7 rupees for 2 rupees form it is the first step toward my license process than i go for document verification than a dalal meet to me and ask that your license will not be made if you not give this to dalal but i refuses his offer and go to counter for fees deposit where they take 100 rupees and give me the receipt of 30 rs. but i donot say anythin and goto next step for biometric capture after that they said me go to RI for sign when i goto RI counter they demanded me 200 rupees and than he sign the form when i goto finally submit my form they take 300 rupees for forwarding my file to RTO when i ask for what than they said this is for badey sahab i give it. The whole department is corrupt and all tha uttar pradesh employees are corrupt and demanded money for simple thing they very cheap than the street beggar. shame on RTO employees. I pray u all goto hell.
