RTO demanded Bribe on top of Damage Assesment Bribe

The RTO official in Nagaon demanded Rs. 5000 bribe for getting my vehicle assessed after an accident. The accident was huge but the car was in running condition. But because the Tyre got punctured, the police towed the car to their Raha Police Outpost. The police took another 2000 to release the vehicle saying they will otherwise report the driver was Drunk. And so likewise said the RTO.
I cant belive that at the time of Distress too, when I was in the Nagaon Hospital coping with Life and Death, they cheated my brother. Shame on these RTO officials. Shame on the government.
