To register our out of state vehicle so we could comply with the KA law, we paid tax and processed forms using AA. no probs till vehicle inspection. The cops, who frankly knew nothing about vehicles, engines, service records, said that due to a small scratch on bumper, vehicle failed. "Agent" forced us to hand over 1,200 to avoid further harrasment.
