I was asked for a bribe and he also warned that if not paid i will not be able to get my applications processed. I waited for a week and when there was no action i gave this bribe to clear my application. To give an idea of this atleast 500 applications are processes per week and 3000-5000 rs is being charged for each depending on whom you know.
