Bribe was demanded by Sub-Treasury Officer at D.I.O.S. office Fatehpur, U.P. for sanction ariers bill which was made due to VIth Pay Commisssion did upgrade salary of employees Rs. 8000 bribe paid to account section and S.T.O. passed 20% and 40% ariers bill, remain Rs. 4000 paid by principal to account section by remain 40% ariers was not get to employees and also deduct Income Tax in the month of February 2011. I wrote to D.M. Fatehpur about this.
