I applied for central education scholarship in which i have to get sign from notary public , lawyer. I went to that man that i am applying scholarship pls sign for me. He asked me whats ur father. I replied engineer. So he asked me to pay 200 to get it signed. As another honest official had gone to sabarima, and time for applying was getting over. I had to pay the money hard earned money
