Shameless cop creates story instead of begging

Hi, I've witnessed many people questioned by police while they r on beat, it s their duty but what I've witness Yesterday is something ridiculous. This cop who comes for beat in pulsar bike (****** ****** ***) from Jayanagar station Bangalore simply questions couples who sits in park o in bike and threatens them saying he Will call their parents and file complaint etc. This happens every day but Yesterday i was one of the victim for doing Nothing against law or public. He kept on saying he will file love case love case, i don't think there s a law against love unless a guy o gal s not major. In my case we r major and our family accepted our love and soon we r getting married. After so much of argument and defending myself for being innocent i couldn argue anymore so Finally i agreed to come to station and talk to senior officer but that cop stopped me on the way and asked me How much money i have in pocket, i had 190rs then he said ok give it to me I'l pay Fine behalf of you, i was hesitant to pay him as i Did not do any mistake or crime, but he threatened me saying If i go to station then he Will talk against me and he Wil put me in trouble. Finally i had to pay him as i Did not have any option. He said he will pay that money at station for not wearing helmet, i wonder which law says to wear helmet while not riding bike :) If any officials looking at this please take some actions on these shameless cops Who begs and robs from innocent people even though they didn't do any mistake.
