Shameless leaches at the registration office for issuing ECs

I had to get my a few ECs for my dad's property, which were necessary for an education loan. Despite telling the employees at the registration office that I was just a student, despite they knowing that the certificates were for an education loan, they unnecessarily delayed issuing the ECs. Finally, I was forced to shell out INR 500 after which I got my certificates done on the very same day.
High time India provides people to get all the necessary documents online, just like here in the US. Provide a site where people can request for ECs, process the requests and issue the certificates online. One can easily reduce if not remove corruption this way.
