I had applied for a Licence to Shimoga Municipal for starting a Internet Cafe. They said it will take 15days for issuing new licence. Twice i enquired about it. They started giving reasons. On my next visit Licence Issuing Officer took to his chamber, acted like checking some records and asked me Rs 5000, I said i dnt have the amount. After many request he issued me the Licence by taking Rs 500 extra saying Office Fees.
