Simple bribe nothing unusual for meter transfer.

Well, Purchased a new house and wanted the meter to be transferred to a new owner i.e (me). First they said that it will be done (with no bribe). But the transfer did not happen. (we got the clue) after greasing the palm with Re500, it was done.
