Sir,I have paid bribe for medical fitness certificate. I had to join MTS WR(SSC).I went to sadar hospital BHAGALPUR for medical certificate on11 DECEMBER 2014.CIVIL SURGEON DR SHOBHA SINHA said to me that you have to pay minimum 500 so that I can give you certificate blindly and without any checkup.
