I cannot name the officer or the school. This is happening everyday. In this case the school is kids with cerebral palsy. The school is run by a trust. The school for getting grants is inspected by the officers of Social Welfare department of Tamilnadu. The school survives on grants and donations. Every time the officer comes he demands a travelling expense of at least Rs1000-2000. The school has no other go other than to pay the bribe,
