I have a very interesting store about how i paid bribe to that office. I have full filled all the conditions to start a primary school. I went to DEO to get the sanction certificate. He asked, do you have more than 50 students in school? I said yes sir, we have more than 100. He asked How many teachers you have in your school? I replied 14!!
He asked again: How many have DEd qualification. I said 5 of my teachers have BEd, but none of them are DEd qualified. He said DEd is mandatory for primary school. I requested, Sir BEd is bachelor degree and DEd is diploma. He replied don't argue with me. Next day i got a call from him that He wants 25000 INR for the sanction certificate. I don't have any choice because i already invested lacs of amount and if i would not have paid that amount they would not issued sanction certificate and I would have lost my one year....
