Sub-Regsitrar Bomnahalli is the most corrupt by the way registrations happen with a fixed percentage to be paid to the office, if the registration has to go ahead. Our builder only collects the money and he paid it to the Sub-Registrar to make my Flat registration done swiftly and smoothly. all in all if 10 reistrations happen everday means a sum of 2.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs or monthly 50-60 lakhs.. why does not the govt does something, common people like us are forced by our poor law and order to make the payment or make your life difficult by protesting or not adhering to such corrupt officials.
