Sub registrar's are looting

Me and three friends of mine registered 3 properties at andipatti sub registrar office and the staff there took Rs. 75,000 for registering. Our papers were rejected twice citing some flimsy reason and only after we accepted to pay them the property was registered.

On an average every sub registrar in Tamilnadu makes at least 25,000 per day in the form of bribes.
