Been told by my freind that Mr. Sangemsa a surveyor in Bangalore Survey department seems very currpt person and manipulated the survey report of him, though he could get direct money from my freind , but not sure why the survey was done wrong either he is incompetent or very currupt. i am not sure how many surveys he would have done wrong and how many poor people would have suffered because of him, request the authorities to investigate his previous survey reports and even check his property or bank accounts. I think he coem office on big CAR.
