We stay in Kachiguda Cross Roads and our water supply lineman ******* blocks our water supply until we pay him a bribe of Rs 50 every alternate day. I am sure he does this to other people too. Sometime ********** doesnt turn on the water even after being bribed. We dont know where he has the secret tap with which he blocks water. We have complained to the water board but they are all involved in this. This is a big scam. Robbing people of their basic needs! Please dont make me hate this country!
