With normal procedure i booked online ticket in IRCTC to make visit to native place, i did advance booking 10 days before, till last day i did nt received confrimation for railway booking. After approaching railway agent. same ticket i got within a hour by paying him extra money. Situation are created in a way that, with out paying bribe your work will not happen in government offices by govt employees.
