TC took fine but didn't give receipt

I took a general ticket from secunderabad to warangal station for satavahana express. as the general compartments were heavily packed i traveled in reserved compartment. at kazipet station which is only one stop from my destination, the tc asked for my ticket. i said that i only have a general ticket and showed him the same. he asked me to pay the fine of 90 rupees which i did. but when i asked for receipt, he said that it would cost me 300 if i want the receipt and walked away.
