I have been threatened to pay Rs 20000 else face consequences of illegal colonisation. My mistake was that I followed T&CP orders, which SDM claimed was illegally passed. I succumb to the pressure, fore sighting the bad publicity i might be get if the matter is not tackled immediately. Later, as he claimed, he rectified the mistakes of the department.
