This is very small incident, but couldn't take it bribe at this level wide open.
In Bangalore i catch the city bus to go next stop. I don't have change of 6 RS with me and gave 10 RS to get a ticket. Conductor asked me one rupee change, i said i don't have. He gave me 5 rupees back without giving a ticket. Then i realize he took 5 rupee as a bribe for me to travel without ticket. In front of me he did the same for many people. Personally for me i faced this same issue 5 out of 6 times in 3 months time. Once i approached the checking inspector and compline about this incident. His reply was shake me. He said, it is common in Bangalore and Delhi.
Then i realized, our society made all this to happen without any problem.
I couldn't submit this under the others department.
