Tip Racket by Gas Delivery Boys
This has been going on for 6 months now - i have written to the agency as well but no response. I have a Indane Gas Connection through KK Indane Gas Agency. Everytime the Delivery boy would ask for 20 - 25 Rs Extra as delivery charge. When questioned a typical response is - i have to carry the cylinder, the delivery is only upto the dorstep, the best one by far is petrol prices have gone up. Anyhow i decline to to pay this amount and the Delivery Buys leave with a threat that the next time they will not deliver! This time the Threat came true - Cash Memo No 3000117040 Invoice Date - 19/01/2014 Delivered on 03/02/2014 Customer No 81341. The delivery boy once again asked for 440 as against a bill of 423. i had paid him 430 he kept insisting on 440. I asked him for what again the same excuses. And then i asked him to sign on the bill that he has taken 10 INR extra and i will pay him the amount he disappeared again with a threat. I am tired of these delivery boys showing a goon attitude. I think it is high time there is formal action against this behavior.
