Tired of paying extra money to the excise officers

• Customs, Excise and Service Tax
• Excise Duty on Imported Items
• Paid INR 25,000

Pls find I had to seek permissions from the excise department ,but from peon to assistant commissioner , all are corrupt. For each signature they want bulks of money, which is absolutely unaffordable for me.They threaten to close down my business , if the amount they want will not be provided to them.I really dont know what to do. Pls help
