My two wheeler parked outside my office which is NOT a NO PARKING AREA and NOT a Main Road also NOT a hindrance to the Traffic and NOT in peak hour has been towed away and I made to pay Rupees 200 as a fine. I feel it is nothing but a bribe.It happens regularly and the police is making it as a habit and tow away the vehicles which is in No way obstacle to the traffic in this area and collecting money according to their wishes. But the real problem of traffic chaos lies in the illegal occupation of footpaths and road by the vendors and rain devastated roads and damaged platforms.
