Traffic Cop Took Bribe

Beach station Traffic Cop has 4 - 5 men to collect his bribe. He doesn't talk to us directly. He asked us to talk to them to take our towed vehicle. They asked 200/- . They are threatening. In spite of towing vehicle that wasn't parked anywhere near "No parking", they demand Bribe. They took my license, so I had no go but to pay after waiting for 2 hours refusing to pay.
It happened today (23.11.19) at around 4PM, opposite to beach station.
