Traffic police in Ahmadabad just standing for taking bribe

This was my fourth occasion when I need to give bribe to traffic police of Ahmedabad .Most of traffic police in Ahmedabad standing with challan book pretend to regulate traffic control actually they are standing for taking collecting money as bribe (Rs 200 vs Rs 50) .This practice is so obvious they intensionally misguide drivers with poor traffic control .
I doubt high corrupt official in Gujrat involve in this racket .
