A poor auto driver was standing & marketing to board his customer but the traffic police came and fined him for the reason of 'creating traffic' but the actual fact is not that. Finally he got, Rs.200 & left him. Whether any one of the traffic police has the guts to stop the Govt bus who is not obeying the trafic rules...........
