Hi I borrowed vehicle from my brother, when I reached secretariat fly over on 24th January 2013, I was stopped by a constable, he said that there are 2 violation registered on this vehicle and I need to pay rs470 or leave my license with him, I informed him that I am new to city and don't k oaths process, and vehicle belongs to my brother, so he quickly asked me to pay only 100 and he said the registered cases are removed, but to my surprise, cases are still pending and that cheat police constable took my RS 100.
