I too saw two people paying bribe to traffic police official...one was a car but I am not aware of the offence . The lady who paid the bribe was all in smiles handing the 100 rupee note as she was handing out a lollipop to a child. And the policeman readily accepted it, pocketed it and let them off.
The other one was a bike which had triple loading..The rider had all the documents with him but was fined 400 bucks but to save 50% he gave 200 and sped off..This was in koarmangla ********** Niwas (JNC) junction...
What is going on I fail to understand..For this do we give our taxes so that bribery and corruption take place every now and then???? is this was the kind of state we sacrificed so many to gain Independence???
PLEASE take action if any of the higher ups are seeing this..ill post the name as soon as see that rat again..I remember him clearly...Just waiting for the day ll see him..
