He was standing where he is not supposed to be, not manning the traffic, but trying to find out faltering customers. Checked for various things Driving Licence, RC, Insurance, and finally found out that I did not have emission check certificate. He asked me to pay 100 Rs, and after negotiation he agreed for Rs. 50. Am sure if I had emission check certificate he would have found some other thing.
