I was stopped by a 2 traffic cops on Chase & Challan motobike while taking a left turn towards delhi zoo on mathura road from bhairon marg. Cops told be bluntly that the challan is for 1000/- bucks or pay them a bribe of 500/-. I said i am not carrying enough cash as i had 800/- in my pocket. Inspite of much pleading they didnt bend and i handed over 500/- but it was good on their part to return back 100/- rupee. I am sorry I paid a bribe and I feel guilty.
