I was in Ahmedabad on personal visit and the glass of car is having transperent color film. one trafic havaldar hold me and thretened me to pay rs. 3000/- if i want receipt and without receipt he accepted rs. 100/- and let me go. after returning back to my home town, i removed all the films from car.
