I went to my uncle's office to ********** him.After a casual chat we planned to go to his house by his car(alto).It was parked just opposite to his office.He parks it daily at the same place.When we descended the stairs we could not find his car,instead there was a cell no of only 9 digits written on the road.On enquiring we were informed that it was taken by the traffic police.We went to the inspector and he told that it was no-parking zone and asked us to pay 500/- as fine.My uncle paid him the money but the receipt he gave was written only for 100/- rupees.My uncle asked for the correct receipt but the inspector refuged to give.On fearing that on further argument he may increase the fine we came back silently.
