I have little land in the residential area of Warangal. As it is 10' lower than the road, I requested a contractor to fill up the land with soil dug from another cellar. As the trucks are not allowed in the ********** in daytime, they were filling in the night.
That night, SI of Subedari PS saw the land being filled and alleged that it is Govt land. He and few constables hit the watchman and the drivers and snatched truck papers and cell phones.
Next I went with all documents to prove that it is my own land and in possession for last 30 years. He saw all papers and but threatened that he will file a case unless I pay a bribe of Rs 5000 (through a constable). I paid the amount and got my papers back to avoid false case, though I am legally 100% right.
