Urgent need of Driving License

I was in hurry, as i was got selected in a job, i need a two wheeler license. The dealer sitting outside office asked me if i ma ready to pay 300 more than regular fee, then he will give me license within week even upto Light four wheeler. I paid him. and i am still using the same license. Even i dont know how to drive four wheeler.
