MSEDCL superintendent vashi circle .. is illegaly demands as an consumer of MSEDCL . the superintendent has charged us with u/s 126 of E A 2003 though we won the case in may 2013 and still MSEDCL superintendent is not crediting our amount instead he wants the full amount from us. as the result he had disconnected our supply . which shows the atrocity of MSEDCL. . and not complying hon'ble tribunal order after many letters to MSEDCL M.D ..we didn't get any reply .. on the atrocity of MSEDCL superintendent the company registered the case in belapur court u/s 146 .. and inquiry in 156 crpc . the order will be released on Wednesday by hon'ble court.
