I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have paid bribe to Mr Shishir Dwivedi who is posted at the uttar pradesh technical university at registrar office he is very close to registrar and he takes bribe after lunch the incident took place at uttar pradesh technical university at 3:01pm where a peon takes the bribe for them I think he is a joint controller over there
