My dad passed away in jan and we needed the death certificate. Unfortunately I had to travel overseas so couldn't work on this. My mom and sister took the responsibility of this job and when they approached the municipal office after lots of excuses and other things they agreed on that and those bloody buggers shamelessly asked for Rs. 5000 to give the death certificate. Those morons have got not even slightest of the traces of humanity that they are asking money from a family who is mourning over one of their biggest loss.

I just wish I was there and could confront them. But the situation is so delicate that we had to pay them.
