It is very common during no ticket time...just rush to the train which is about to board the station whether it is new delhi or anand vihar find the TTE of the train ask him for the seat....he will allot you one BUT.....without any reciept...why nt it the alloted berth for the TTE himself....he will just say go and seat on the particular berth i'm just coming within 15 minutes...experienced same when our exams get over and our train were running late or cancelled then we friends done the same...we know it was wrong...BUT it was somewhere necessary for us too....and the most pathetic thing which is happening everyday on the ticket counters that on the counter of "TICKET RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION FOR TODAY" there is no tickets....neither in a single train of the route delhi to bihar via U.P...and at the same time...agents..the called "dalals" are grooving around us saying ticket..tickets just at double price..!!
