Was not aware and because of my ignornace was charged excess and then realised that the amount quoted to me by the officer was the bribe i was paying to get my work done, later when i recd the bieth certificate and it had a mistake of by child name i was asked 250 Rs and when i told him that he had already charged me extra last time he got cautitious and made my life miserable by asking me every possible docummnt to prove my domicile in bangalore when i have come from a different state. really feal helpless, cheated and dumb for being duped.
